General Terms and Conditions (GTC)
1. Scope
These General Terms and Conditions apply to all orders placed via our online shop by consumers and businesses.
A consumer is any natural person who concludes a legal transaction for purposes that can predominantly be attributed neither to his commercial nor to his independent professional activity.
An entrepreneur is a natural or legal person or a partnership with legal capacity who, when concluding a legal transaction, acts in the exercise of his or her commercial or independent professional activity.

By placing the products in our online shop, we submit a binding offer to conclude a contract for these items. The contract is concluded when you accept the offer for the goods in your shopping cart by clicking the order button. You will receive a confirmation by email immediately after submitting your order.
3. Contract language, contract text storage
The language available for concluding the contract is German.
We save the contract text and send you the order details and our General Terms and Conditions by email. You can also view the General Terms and Conditions at any time on this page.
4. Registration in the online shop
Registration may be required for certain functions, such as using a customer account or subscribing to our newsletter. The information requested during registration must be provided completely and truthfully.
Access to a customer account must be treated confidentially; in particular, the password must not be disclosed to third parties. The customer is obligated to protect their access data from unauthorized access. Any suspected misuse must be reported to us immediately. We reserve the right to block or delete user accounts in the event of violations of these Terms and Conditions.
5. Rights of use of content and product reviews
All content used in the online shop, especially texts, images, logos, designs, and graphics, is protected by copyright. Use of this content outside of the shop requires our express written consent.
Customers have the opportunity to submit their own content, such as product reviews. By submitting the review, the user grants us a non-exclusive, temporally and geographically unlimited right to use this content in connection with our products. The content must not infringe the rights of third parties or violate applicable law. We reserve the right not to publish or remove inadmissible content.
6. Delivery conditions
Shipping costs are added to the stated product prices. The exact shipping costs are displayed during the ordering process.
Shipping within Germany is free for orders over €50. Shipping costs apply for orders below this limit and for deliveries to other European countries. Free shipping is not available for international orders.
Delivery is handled by our shipping service provider DHL. Delivery times within Germany are typically 2–5 business days.
7. Returns and right of withdrawal
Consumers have a statutory right of withdrawal. We also grant you a voluntary return period of 30 days from receipt of the goods. Returns within Germany are free of charge. Further information can be found in our cancellation policy.
To exercise your right of withdrawal, you can return the goods to us in whole or in part. We will refund the purchase price after receipt of the goods using the payment method used for the order.
8. Payment
In our shop you can generally use the following payment methods:

- Credit card (Visa, Mastercard, Maestro)
- Apple Pay & Google Pay
- Klarna (e.g. instant bank transfer or purchase on account; depending on creditworthiness)
- Shop Pay
The specific payment methods available will be displayed during the ordering process. Your account will be debited immediately after your order is received.
9. Retention of title
The goods remain our property until full payment has been made.
10. Warranty and guarantees
The statutory liability for defects applies.

11. Dispute resolution

We are neither obliged nor willing to participate in dispute resolution proceedings before a consumer arbitration board.
12. Final provisions
If you are an entrepreneur, German law applies, excluding the UN Convention on Contracts for the International Sale of Goods.
Should individual provisions of these Terms and Conditions be invalid, the remaining provisions of the contract shall remain valid. The relevant statutory provisions shall apply in place of the invalid provisions.
13. Newsletter and email communication
If you sign up for our newsletter, we will use your email address to send you regular emails. Registration is done using the double opt-in process.
Shipping is handled by the service provider Klaviyo , provided by Klaviyo Inc., 125 Summer St, Boston, MA 02110, USA. Klaviyo processes your data based on your consent in accordance with Art. 6 (1) (a) GDPR. You can unsubscribe from the newsletter at any time.
