Shipping information
 We deliver within Germany and to other European countries.
Shipping is exclusively via DHL.

Delivery times
Unless otherwise stated, goods will be delivered within 2-5 working days after receipt of payment within Germany. Delivery times to other European countries may vary depending on
Destination country varies and is usually 3-10 working days.
Please note that no deliveries are made on Sundays and public holidays.

Shipping costs

Germany:
Shipping costs are €2.90 (up to 3 patches), after which a flat rate of €4.90 per package is charged. Free shipping is available for orders over €50.

EU countries:
Shipping costs are a flat rate of €13.90 per package. Shipping is free for orders over €100. The exact shipping costs are displayed during the ordering process.

Partial deliveries
If your order contains items that need to be shipped separately, you will not incur any additional shipping costs.

Shipment tracking
After shipment, you will receive an email with your tracking number, provided this service is available for your destination country.

Undeliverable shipments
If a package is returned to us due to incorrect address information or non-collection, we will contact you. Additional shipping charges may apply for a redelivery attempt.

Shipping to companies
Shipping to commercial customers is subject to the same terms and conditions. If you require delivery to a different address or by a specific date, please feel free to contact us.
